We know that you can't wait for your new items to arrive so we strive for quick shipping.  We want happy, satisfied customers that will shout our praises so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.  We will happily accept exchanges/refunds within 10 days of purchase on non-monogrammed items. Please be sure to triple check the monogram that is submitted for your order as monogrammed items are non-refundable/final sale unless flawed from the manufacturer. In addition, all of our colors are super fun but can differ depending on screen quality and interpretation, so we cannot be responsible for colors that may appear differently upon arrival.
